Refund Policy
All Sales Final
When making any purchases through our company, all sales are final. We do not do refunds for online orders. This means if an item is PREORDER or PREMADE, refunds and chargebacks will not be accepted. You will receive your product regardless due to our all sales are final policy.
Any disputes submitted for reasons covered by these stated terms will be evaluated under our policy and responded to with the customer’s financial institution when necessary.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered in uncommon situations where an item is delivered damaged or the wrong product was sent. If this happens, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the item and its packaging.
After your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and begin the exchange process as quickly as possible.
Order Changes
If an incorrect size or item was ordered, we are happy to assist with modifications only if the order has not yet entered processing. Please contact us immediately so we can review your request.
Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved under eligible circumstances, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to return to your original payment method. Exact timing may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
