When does orders get shipped? 

After the order is placed, please allow our team to process & ship it out within 1-5 business days, does not include weekends. We try our best to ship regular orders as fast as possible. (PREMADE PIECES)

Preorder Process

 Pre orders are all custom made orders & have a process time of 1-3 weeks. After purchasing a PREORDERED item, you are now fully committed to abiding by the PREORDER duration and will have to wait for the duration of the process to have your item delivered. For updates on your PREORDER, we suggest you follow our INSTAGRAM @mulaamettre.

Shipping/Address Issues

Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to your email after placing an order.

All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and takes 1-3 business to arrive to you depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with them because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claim & locating packages.

If a product was shipped by our team to the customers desired address and it is returned to our business due to the address being invalid or customer not claiming their item, they will have to contact our company via email : mtstudios758@gmail.com and must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice. We advise all customers to carefully review their order details, including the shipping address, before confirming their purchase.
